For kids in grades 1-5
TeamKID is a ministry designed to provide a safe and fun place where our children can invite their friends (churched and unchurched) to learn about God and his love.
Each week during the school year children in Grades 1 through 5 meet at the church from 6:30 to 8:15pm. The TeamKID leaders help our children focus on knowing God through an opening activity, an energized, interactive Bible study, and games and activities that reinforce what they have learned. TeamKID recognizes each child for attending the meetings, completing Bible-related work, and bringing friends with them. Children earn stickers they can redeem for items in a TeamKID Store; therefore, accomplishments of children are not compared to one another as it would be if children earned patches or some other kind of visible reward.
