Throughout the search process, this will be the primary place where you can find information and updates on our progress.

The Committee
The members of the Pastoral Search Committee (PSC) are Russell Bjork, Betsy Crowe, Karen Emery, Mark Fitzgerald, Kristin Gelinas, Steve Gruber, Jonathan Pomazon and Louise Williams. In addition, Norm Howarth participates in our meetings as a facilitator.

Your Input
A critical aspect of the search process is the information gathering stage. This stage provides us an opportunity to assess where we are now as a church and reflect on our hopes for the future. You will have the opportunity to contribute to this process by completing a church survey and participating in focus group discussions. Stay tuned for more details!

Prayer
This is a very important time in the life of NSCBC. We covet your prayers as we seek the Lord's direction for our next steps. Specifically, we encourage you to pray for the following:

• For wisdom and unity for the PSC, that we may constantly seek the Lord's guidance and glory.
• For our congregation as we consider how the Lord is leading us and who He is calling us to be. Pray that we would be faithful to this calling.
• For Pastor Mark and Sybil, that they may be filled with the Lord's peace and joy during this time of transition.  (Click here to read Pastor Mark's retirement letter.)
• For our new pastor and his current church as they also will be entering a time of transition.
